We are here for you.

Welcome to your Virtual YMCA; an online community connecting you with free health, wellness and resources to support you and your entire family while physically distancing at home. We kindly remind you to follow the guidelines of your local health authorities. We encourage you to use the resources on these pages from the safety of your home as we all continue to practice physical distancing.

This is Y.

At the YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford, we believe in creating stronger, healthier communities where everyone is welcome. And now, we are bringing those beliefs online, more than we ever have before.
